An NHC Academy camp

Method NHC

Silence with Molchanov

Theravada Vipassana + neurophysiology with a modern product approach

4–14 January 2027 · Bali, Indonesia

  • 10 nights
  • 7 levels of neuro-practices
  • Komune Resort
  • Single occupancy
  • Taught in Russian

Led by NHC founders Sarasvati and Alex Gidirim, together with leading neurotrainers of the NHC Academy

What is NHC

A university that teaches you to manage attention and state

Not a one-off retreat but a university: levels of study from your first camp to advanced programmes, lectures, testing and certification, and its own academy of neurotrainers. Camps all over the world, from Bali and Cyprus to Mexico and Tibet.

How the 10 nights work
A university that teaches you to manage attention and state
How the 10 nights work
How the method works

Not meditation, but neurosurgery of attention

Instruction→Practice→Experience→Explanation→Life

Live it first. Then understand it. Then build it in.

4 positions

Sitting, lying, standing and in motion — the practice is done in every natural human posture so it integrates into life as fully as possible.

Foundation

Theravada Vipassana (Mahasi Sayadaw, the Thai Forest tradition) + neurophysiology. Every step is explained through how the brain and nervous system work.

Without

Phones, dogma or substances. Outside of religion. Protocol, stages, feedback — every camp is more precise than the last.

Alexey Molchanov
Special participant

A collaboration between the NHC Academy and Alexey Molchanov — Silence with Molchanov :)

Alexey usually dives into the depths of the water; this time he will dive into the depths of his subconscious together with the other participants!

Alexey joins the camp as a participant and goes through the Method NHC programme like everyone else. On the last day he will lead a breathwork set with immersion in the pool.

Taking part in the breathwork session is optional and depends on your health.

Who it is for

This camp is for you if…

My thoughts never stop

Thoughts keep spinning even at night. I just want silence — even for a few days.

I react before I have time to think

I flare up and regret it later. I want a choice to appear between the event and my reaction.

A big decision is ahead

A launch, a deal, a business pivot. I want to decide from calm, not from anxiety.

Life at a crossroads

The old no longer works and the new is not yet visible. I need a pause to hear myself.

I already practise — I want to go deeper

Meditation is part of my life, but I have hit a ceiling. I need a master, a protocol and full immersion.

I want to be among my own people

Strong people around me who walk the same path and ask themselves the same questions.

The participant’s journey

What people arrive with and what they leave with

What people arrive withWhat they leave with
Loss of meaningGoals achieved, the bar raised again — yet inside it is quieter than you would like. Everything is right, it is just unclear what it is all for.
Clarity about what really matters — and why
Satisfaction has goneYou do the same things that used to bring joy — and they no longer do. Colours are paler, favourite things have become routine.
Sharpness of perception returns: colour, taste, joy in simple things
Happiness does not growA new deal, a purchase, a trip — a short spike, and then flat again. It feels like you have tried everything.
A calm, steady state that needs no external fuel
Less energy than tasksYou run on willpower, coffee and deadlines. Rest no longer restores you.
Access to an inner source of energy
Lots of ideas — but it is noiseA head full of thoughts posing as ideas. Lots of movement, little result or joy.
A quiet mind in which insights come easily
Near, but not hereWith loved ones — between calls. Even on holiday your mind is at work.
Full presence: with people, with your work, with yourself

Rules

The rules and why they matter

Noble silence

Talking takes a huge amount of energy. Silence gives it back and teaches you to speak mindfully.

Digital detox

No gadgets. No clocks or mirrors — the mind does not need to plan or watch its appearance.

Sensory pause

No eye contact, touch, pool, intimacy or strong scents. Attention does not leak outwards.

Men and women — separately

Couples included. This is important to know in advance.

Food — vegetarian detox menu

  • Intermittent eating: solid food only at breakfast at 7:00 and lunch at 11:30
  • Between meals — herbal teas, cacao, juices, smoothies, protein shakes
  • Vegetarian menu with dairy and eggs
  • You list restrictions and allergies in the participant form
Health and safety

Your safety — part of the programme

No special preparation is needed: the practice is open to anyone who can sit, lie down, move and breathe. Deep immersion is serious work for the nervous system, so you are supported throughout the camp.

01

Before the camp

You fill in the participant form. If you have any health considerations, we discuss them in advance and decide together how to make the practice safe.

02

At the camp

Each participant has a personal support map. It is updated by the on-site team, online coordinators and methodologists.

03

After the camp

Community and support help you return gently to everyday life and keep the result.

Please let us know in advance if:

  • you have serious psychological conditions
  • you are troubled by acute pain
  • you take medication that affects the psyche
  • you are under a specialist’s care — a doctor’s consent will be needed
  • you are pregnant

The breathwork session with immersion on the last day is optional and depends on your health. The camp supports general well-being but does not replace medical treatment.

Preparation

How to prepare and what to bring

A week before the camp we recommend

Ease into the rhythm

This way your body adjusts to the camp rhythm in advance and the first days are easier.

  • Gradually shift your sleep: go to bed and get up a little earlier
  • Skip solid food in the evening: a smoothie, juice or herbal tea instead of dinner
  • If possible, give up meat, alcohol and psychoactive substances
  • Put away perfume and scented creams
What to bring

Minimum of things

We provide the cushion, mat, timer and journal. You will not need books or notebooks.

  • Passport and medical insurance
  • 3 sets of comfortable white clothing covering shoulders, knees and stomach
  • Slippers and comfortable walking shoes
  • Light sportswear
  • Unscented cosmetics

And one small request. A farewell food tour before the camp is not the best idea. You cannot eat and drink in advance for 10 nights anyway, and getting into the practice will be noticeably harder.

Participation

What is included and how payment works

The organisational fee includes:

  • Accommodation in a single room of the chosen format

  • Vegetarian detox menu

  • Venue, materials and organisational costs

  • Team support at the camp and online

  • Personal meditation kit: cushion, mat, timer, journal

  • Anapana audio guide and instructions for integrating the practice into life

  • Community and support after the camp

  • A video message to yourself after the practice

Not included: flights, transfers and visas

The camp’s responsibility begins the moment you step across the hotel threshold

Donation

The invaluable knowledge and methodology remain donation-based. This camp is a non-profit social project of the NHC Academy: on the website you pay only the organisational fee.

On the last day every participant is free to leave a voluntary contribution according to the experience received and the openness of their heart. You choose the amount yourself.

Volunteer grant

For those committed to self-development and selfless service who temporarily cannot pay the full price. Once you apply, you are automatically entered into the selection.
