Not meditation — neurosurgery through attention
- Method NHC works with attention, the body, the breath, and your state.
- The structure follows a scientific protocol: instruction → practice → personal experience → scientific explanation.
- No phones, dogma, or substances.
Reactive mind → contemplative mind
- You stop automatically reacting to thoughts, messages, and events. Attention becomes a tool for choice rather than a source of anxiety.
Pain as part of your identity → pain as a signal
- Old grievances, traumas, and negative experiences stop controlling your state. You learn to notice them, process them, and stop identifying with them.
Energy from outside → an inner source
- Attention is no longer scattered by noise, tasks, and anxiety. You gain more energy and clarity—and a greater capacity to make strong decisions.
Method NHC — your scientific journey to inner transformation
You will learn to deeply understand how your mind and body work, unlocking access to hidden potential.

Can a couple stay together during the camp?
No. During the camp, men and women stay separately, so couples cannot be accommodated together.
What is a camp?
A camp is an in-person format of Method NHC: several days of intentional seclusion, silence, and deep practice. Participants step out of their usual routine, follow a structured schedule, practise with the master and the team, and turn their attention inward. This format helps people go deeper into the practice and have an experience that is much harder to achieve in everyday city life.
What is Method NHC?
Method NHC (Neuronet of Happiness and Consciousness) is a unique practice developed by the realized master Sarasvati.
Method NHC is a method of transformation through self-observation. During the camp, participants explore the interconnection of mind, body, and breath through increased neuroplasticity, leading to deep satisfaction, tranquillity, and higher levels of happiness and awareness.
About the creator

What is the essence of Method NHC?
Method NHC is a method of transformation through self-observation that uses scientific foundations to explore the interconnection of mind, body, and breath. By increasing neuroplasticity, the method promotes deep satisfaction, calm, and higher levels of happiness and awareness. Method NHC is practised in four positions: seated, reclining, standing, and in motion.
Why try Method NHC?
Method NHC offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of how your mind, body, and breath work, and to learn how to relate to your thoughts and emotions.
The scientific foundations of the method help reveal how the brain and nervous system work, increasing awareness, calm, and self-control while improving your quality of life.
The techniques are simple and can be easily integrated into everyday urban life, while the community helps you sustain results and stay connected after the camp.

Method NHC is a technology of happiness and awareness beyond religion. It is ideal for those who want to achieve meaningful results in social and personal life while maintaining inner stability. It combines modern scientific knowledge with ancient practices, helping participants find inner balance and achieve deep personal transformation.
Why does it work?
Return to the natural state: Method NHC is not about acquiring a new skill. It is a return to our true nature. It reconnects us with what we knew as children but forgot in the busyness of everyday life. During the camp, participants remember and learn to notice this natural state.
Using the hidden resources of the brain: Every day, our brain enters a state of deep relaxation around 16 times. The practice teaches participants to notice these moments and use them to restore the nervous system, turning what already happens within us into a powerful tool for transformation.
Proven effectiveness: 98% of participants describe their Method NHC experience as highly positive and are ready to recommend it to others. Many ask, «Why didn’t I know about this earlier?», which reflects the depth and significance of the experience.
Method NHC works because it does not create something artificial. It teaches us to use what is already within us, opening the path to deep self-knowledge and inner calm.
In what physical condition can I meditate?
Method NHC is practiced in all natural body positions: standing, seated, reclining, and in motion. This makes the practice universal and ideal for integration into daily life, turning any action into a source of energy, ease, and insight. If you can lie down, sit, move, and breathe, Method NHC is accessible to you. If you are under medical supervision, please obtain approval from your doctor and inform the organizers in advance.
Are any substances used in Method NHC?
No. In Method NHC, participants learn to reach elevated states without substances. True happiness and harmony are available through meditation and self-knowledge. By developing the mind, you gain the ability to manage your state independently and find joy in life without artificial stimulants. Substances provide only temporary support and prevent you from sustaining a high state on your own.
How does the camp work?
Noble silence. In everyday conversation, we spend a tremendous amount of energy. During the camp, participants remain silent except during designated times for communication with the master. This helps them realise how much energy is usually spent on talking. Being in silence teaches a more conscious approach to communication.
Independent exploration. Each participant receives tools and, through practice, gains their own unique experience.
Digital detox. During the camp, participants refrain from using electronic devices. There are no clocks or mirrors at the centre, freeing the mind from planning, tasks, and concern with appearance. This supports inward immersion and rest from the mental overload of modern life.
Nutritional care. The camp includes a vegetarian detox diet with dairy products and eggs, with two meals per day at 7:00 and 11:00. Herbal teas, cacao, and smoothies are available between meals. This supports physical cleansing and deepens inner work. Many participants value the care and structure around nutrition, which helps them focus on the process and achieve better results.
Sensory pause. Participants avoid eye contact, physical touch, communication, swimming in the pool, sexual interaction, and strong fragrances or scented creams.
Men and women live separately.
Is there time for sports, reading, and other activities?
The camp programme is carefully planned to achieve maximum effect. We invite you to fully immerse yourself in this experience, temporarily setting aside your usual activities. This is a rare opportunity for deep self-discovery and transformation. After the camp, you will be able to decide which new practices to integrate into your life and which previous habits to keep.
How to prepare for practice?
For maximum effect, one week before the course we recommend waking up and going to bed earlier, skipping evening meals or replacing them with liquids, avoiding meat, alcohol, and psychoactive substances, and refraining from perfumes or strongly scented creams. You do not need to bring personal journals or books. You will receive a personal journal, and permitted literature will be provided during the practice.
What to bring?
Based on the climate conditions of the camp location:
- Passport and medical insurance
- 3 sets of comfortable white clothing covering shoulders, knees, and stomach
- Slippers and comfortable walking shoes
- Warm clothes for cool evenings
- Light athletic wear for intensive practices
- Unscented personal hygiene items
A meditation cushion, meditation mat, and timer are provided. Our recommendations are designed to help you get the maximum experience.
How many hours per day will I practice?
Basic practice in Method NHC begins with 4−6 sessions of 30 minutes each: 15 minutes walking and 15 minutes sitting. Over time, the duration gradually increases.
What language will be used at the camp?
Camps are primarily conducted in Russian, with English provided as needed.
What’s included in the cost?
The Method NHC practice itself is offered on a donation basis. After the course, participants can contribute according to the value they received, their means, and their openness of heart.
Participants also pay an organisational fee, which covers venue hire, meals, programme materials, transport costs, team expenses, and other operating costs, depending on the country and type of accommodation.
What protocols should be followed for medical conditions?
For serious psychological conditions, acute pain, psychoactive medications, or specialist supervision, inform the organizers in advance. The practice involves releasing significant energy and emotional experiences, so safety protocols are important.
Pregnancy: inform us in advance so the necessary accommodations can be provided.
List your dietary preferences, restrictions, and allergies in the participant questionnaire.
Can the camp cure diseases?
While Method NHC supports overall well-being, it is not a substitute for medical treatment. Consult medical professionals for specific health concerns.
Can I leave before the camp ends?
There is a specific protocol that is important to follow in order to receive the maximum effect. If you leave the camp territory early, you deprive yourself of the opportunity to reach maximum relaxation of your central and peripheral nervous system.
If you are unsure whether you can stay for the full camp, it is better to choose a 3-day express camp. Often, around days 6−7, people feel that they understand everything and want to leave, but this is exactly when a new point of growth begins, possible only in the master’s field and the group dynamics of the camp.
Can the camp make people mentally unstable?
Any healthy person without psychological disorders and not under medical supervision can use the practice for a natural inward turn of attention.
If you are healthy, everything that happens in Method NHC is completely natural and harmonious for your brain. You receive a tool for returning your psyche to its original settings.
How to get maximum results?
Two things lead to maximum results: trust and total immersion. We recommend following the camp schedule, observing the rules, and giving your attention to the practices offered by the master and the team. You will receive your own valuable and unique experience, one that can exceed your expectations.
